Exchange policy
We have an exchange-only policy — no refunds are permitted. Here's how to swap an item.

Check eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in resale condition (smoke-free, no stains), within 5 days of delivery. Sale items are final.

Email us
Write to selflove@harlemsnob.com with your order number, item name, size and color, plus the size or color you'd like instead.

Mail it back
Ship the item to our Harlem address below. You cover return shipping — we cover shipping your exchange back to you.
The fine print
Exchanges can be made for unworn and unwashed clothing within 5 days after you’ve received the item. Any items sent back for exchange must be in resale condition. Any evidence that an item has been damaged or altered will render it ineligible for exchange.
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs associated with returned items. The seller is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the exchange.
